Delete Bitunix account
If you have deposits or withdrawals that have not arrived or credited, please do not apply for account deletion. Otherwise, the assets will not be recovered.
To submit a deletion request, your account needs to meet the following conditions:
- The account has no open orders or positions.
- The total assets of the account are no more than 20 USDT.
After submission:
- Your account will be prohibited from trading, deposit, withdrawal, etc.
- Your account will no longer receive rewards, including but not limited to referral rewards.
After the account deletion:
- Your account will be forced logout from all websites and applications.
- All data of the account will be deleted, including but not limited to all assets, trading information, etc.
- Linked cell phone, email address, identity information, etc will all be invalidated and deleted.
- Referal relationships of the accounts will also be invalidated.
